Can you recover data if the device can’t be fully repaired?
Sometimes. Restoring enough functionality to access the data can be possible even when a complete repair isn’t practical. The outcome depends on the condition of the original board and storage, so recovery can’t be guaranteed before diagnosis.
What should I do before shipping?
Contact us first for shipping instructions. If your device still works, make an iCloud or computer backup. Don’t erase or reset a device that needs data recovery. We’ll discuss any access needed for testing privately—never include your passcode in a public message.
How much does a repair cost?
It depends on the device and the fault. Send the model and a description of the issue so we can discuss the likely next steps. Any diagnostic fee and repair estimate will be explained before you commit.
Can I bring my device in person?
Yes, local drop-offs can be arranged in the Montréal–Laval area. Please contact us first to arrange an appointment and receive the details.
